1. Platform Overview

LubeSeries is a digital streaming platform that produces, owns, and publishes original video content. Premium content may be unlocked through one-time payments for a defined access period. User-generated uploads are not permitted. All content is reviewed internally before publication.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with these policies, terms, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Eligibility

This platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement, have legal capacity to enter agreements, and that accessing such material is lawful in your jurisdiction. Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be suspended or terminated.

4. Premium access & payments

• Premium access is purchased as a one-time payment for the plan and duration shown at checkout (prices may vary by region and offer).
• Access is granted for the period stated for your purchase; it does not auto-renew. You may buy another plan when your access period ends if you wish to continue.
• Access may be suspended if a payment fails or is reversed.
• Pricing and offers may change with prior notice.

5. Content Standards

All published content must comply with applicable law and platform review standards. The platform does not permit content that

• involves minors
• depicts coercion or non-consensual acts
• violates privacy or dignity
• contains unlawful activity
• infringes intellectual property rights.

6. Content Review Process

Each video undergoes internal verification before release, including

• performer age confirmation
• documented consent verification
• legal compliance review
• editorial approval

Content is published only after completion of these checks.

7. Performer Compliance

For every production, the company securely maintains required documentation, including identity verification and signed consent forms. Participation is voluntary and documented for compliance purposes.

8. Content Classification

All content is categorized prior to release.

Categories may include

• A (18+) for adult viewers only
• Restricted for limited availability where required

Viewer discretion notices may appear before playback.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform materials, including videos, graphics, text, and branding, are owned by or licensed to the company and protected by law. Users may not copy, record, distribute, reproduce, download, or publicly display any platform content without written permission.

10. User Conduct

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with platform systems
• copy or redistribute content
• misuse services
• violate laws
• harass any individual.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and possible legal action.

11. Payments & Refunds

Payments for premium access are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• duplicate payment
• verified billing error
• where required by law.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

12. Data Usage

The platform may collect limited information necessary to operate services, including:

• account information
• payment confirmations from payment providers
• device or usage data.

The platform does not store full payment credentials and does not sell user data.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if required for:

• suspected misuse
• payment failure.

17. Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to courts having jurisdiction over the company's registered office location.
